How SharedCabins works

SharedCabins gives private cabin co-ownership groups one place to schedule stays, track shared expenses, and keep every co-owner on the same page — without the spreadsheets.

Create your private ownership group

Add the people who co-own the cabin and record each owner's share. Every group is private — visible only to its members.

Add the cabin and usage rules

Store cabin details, usage rules, pet policies, cleaning expectations, damage rules, and exit notes. Everyone in the group can see the rules before booking a stay.

Schedule stays fairly

Request, approve, and track stays so everyone can see usage against ownership share. Overlapping bookings are blocked automatically.

Track shared expenses

Record insurance, property taxes, utilities, maintenance, repairs, and supplies. Split them by ownership percentage or equally, and track who has paid.

Check out and check in with photos

Capture before-and-after stay photos so the group has a clear record of cabin condition. Pre-existing damage is documented and easy to reference.

Keep documents and maintenance organized

Upload key documents like insurance policies, property tax records, permits, and service records. Track upcoming maintenance before it becomes a problem.
